Problem: Multiple Login Requests.
Check the following:
1. Verify that time and date are set correctly on your PC. We have found that if the time and date are off by even 15 minutes you will be required to login multiple times. This is caused by the cookies expiring immediately upon receipt.
2. Be sure that your Browser is set up to accept cookies. In Internet Explorer 7.0 this is controlled under Tools, Internet Options and Privacy. Be sure that the setting for internet sites is set to medium. If this is already medium then select edit and type the following 206.68.119.210 into the Address of the Web Site field. Click the Allow button and this should allow cookies from this site to be saved on the PC.
3. Verify that IE 7.0 is set to load the page on every visit to the page. To do this follow these steps: Under Internet Options General tab select settings in the Temporary Internet Files block. This brings up the settings screen. Be sure that Every visit to the page is selected. Select OK twice and see if Bluenet functions correctly.
4. MAC ONLY: We have found some incompatibility issues with IE 5 and Mac OS 9. The recommended solution is to Upgrade to Mac OS 10 and Install either IE 5.2 or Mozilla Fire Fox.

Problem: Bluenet does not display correctly and I cannot Print.
1. Make sure you are using the latest Internet Explorer Browser,7.0, or Use Mozilla Fire Fox.
Problem: Security Error That The Page Has Been Requested Multiple Times.
1. This error occurs when multiple page requests have been made for the same page in a short amount of time and the page has not had time to successfully load.
2. After 15 minutes you should be able to log back in to that page.
Problem: Blank Page When Attempting To Log In.
1. Caused because the Cookie was not properly deleted from the system.
2. Verify that IE 7.0 is set to load the page on every visit to the page. To do this follow these steps: Tools, Internet Options, Under Browsing History, Settings. Make sure that "Every Time I visit the Webpage" is selected. Select OK twice and see if Bluenet functions correctly.
3. In IE 7.0 select Tools, Internet Options, Under Browsing History, Settings, select "View Files". Select "View" on the Menu Bar at the top, be sure that "Detail" is selected, sort the Files by Internet Address. Look for the address that starts 206.68.119.210 and delete the Cookie by selecting the item and right clicking on it then selecting delete. Go Back to Bluenet and the blank page should now be replaced with the Log in page.
